When making a reservation, it is assumed that you are familiar with and accept these house rules and that you will comply with them!

Beyond the buoys, boating on the water must be done without disturbing the fishermen and fish!

Jumping off the jetty and making loud noises on the jetty is prohibited in order to maintain good neighborly relations!

In order to protect both our property, please close the doors properly!

When taking over the holiday home, in addition to the persons present on site, the owner must be notified in case of any additional guests. Guests staying for only one night pay double the daily rate (8,000 HUF). If guests stay for more than one night, the daily rate is only 4,000 HUF.

When cooking or baking outside, please take weather conditions into account (e.g., wind, expected storms)!

The accommodation provider is not responsible for any valuables left at the accommodation!

The surveillance camera records images from the street and the waterfront, which are only reviewed in the event of damage or vandalism, for official use! The recordings are made and stored in accordance with the applicable laws! There are no cameras in the houses!

The use of radiant heaters and portable air conditioners is prohibited in the accommodation!

Charging electric cars is prohibited due to the unsuitability of the network!

Arrival and departure from the accommodation. On the last day of your vacation, you must vacate the large blue and orange, small lemon yellow and purple houses by 9 a.m., and the large green and red, small orange and green houses by 12 noon! The owner must be notified of this at least 1 hour before departure! The key must be handed over to the owner on site!

Smoking is prohibited in the house for the benefit of non-smokers! The designated smoking area is located in the covered outdoor seating area in the garden!

The house is equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue, a cauldron, a disc, and a boat, so please take care of these items!

Please use the bedspreads for their intended purpose! It is forbidden to take them to the beach, lay them on the grass, or use them there!

Please settle the payment for the accommodation after you have vacated the house!

If you encounter any problems during your stay, please call 06-20-370-8851 (24 hours a day)!

If you disturb the peace and quiet of other guests with loud noises or other inappropriate behavior, your rental will be terminated with immediate effect!

As the exterior walls of the houses are covered with Styrofoam, please do not lean bicycles against the walls or use them to kick soccer balls! Thank you!

The accommodation provider is not responsible for any material damage or accidents resulting from improper use!

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use and must compensate the accommodation provider directly for the damage!

In case of fire, call 105 and notify the accommodation provider! Thank you!

Violation of the house rules may result in cancellation of the accommodation. In this case, we are unable to refund any remaining days!

The accommodation has a weather monitoring webcam that records footage accessible to anyone! People may appear in the live snapshots and may be recognizable in some cases! The amended house rules will come into effect on December 27, 2024, and will remain valid until revoked!
